Request account deletion

How it works

1. Enter an email address where we can reach you. It may be different from your account email if you used Apple's Hide My Email or no longer remember which address you used.
2. We will review your request and contact you to verify that the account belongs to you before deleting it. Providing an unverified email address never deletes an account.
3. After verifying your identity, we revoke your sessions and process deletion of the account and associated data. If any data must be retained for legal or security reasons, we will tell you what we retain and for how long.
